Banana Cake With Chocolate Ganache

- 3 cups light spelt flour shopping list
- 1 cup raw sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 3 ripe bananas pureed shopping list
- 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Ganache: shopping list
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease 10-inch bundt pan.
- In large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
- Add bananas, soy milk, oil, water, vinegar and vanilla then whisk until just mixed.
- Immediately pour into prepared pan and place on baking tray.
- Bake on middle rack of oven 45 minutes.
- Cool 30 minutes and invert onto serving plate.
- In stainless steel bowl set over pan of hot but not boiling water melt chocolate chips. Remove from heat then with wooden spoon stir in soy milk and pour over cake.
