Grape Sherbet

Another very old recipe from my grandmother's cookbook. Use at your own risk.
Ingredients
- 20 mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 cup grape juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp orange juice shopping list
- 4 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar (can use splend for diabetic) shopping list
- 1/4 cup egg whites shopping list
How to make it
- Place marshmallows and grape juice in a double boiler and cook, stirring frequently until thoroughly melted.
- Remove and add orange and lemon juices.
- Cool.
- Pour into refrigerator tray and chil until partly jellied.
- Whip egg whites and sugar together.
- Fold into the jellied grape mixture and mix very thoroughly.
- Freeze til ready.
- Enjoy!
