How to make it

  • Combine ice milk and espresso granules and stir until well combined.
  • Spoon 1/4 cup ice milk mixture into each of 2 parfait glasses.
  • Top each with 1 teaspoon amaretto and 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs.
  • Repeat layers ending with ice milk mixture then freeze for 1 hour.
  • To serve top each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
