Almond Mocha Parfaits

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso granules shopping list
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Amaretto shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons frozen whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ice milk and espresso granules and stir until well combined.
- Spoon 1/4 cup ice milk mixture into each of 2 parfait glasses.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon amaretto and 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs.
- Repeat layers ending with ice milk mixture then freeze for 1 hour.
- To serve top each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
