Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bananna
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup rasberries
  • 1 cup non fat yogurt - any flavor
  • 2 TBS wheat germ
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • ice

Directions
  1. Cut all fruit and add to blender.
  2. Then add other ingredients.
  3. Begin to blend in a blender.
  4. Add ice slowly until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
