How to make it
- Place pork in 8" microwave safe dish and cover with microwave safe waxed paper. Heat on high for 7-9 minutes or until hot, stirring once, OR heat according to package directions.
- To serve, split corn muffins and place two halves on each plate. Spoon barbecued pork over muffins and top with coleslaw.
