Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Baguette-style French bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Warm the oil and basil in a saucepan. Brush each piece of bread with the oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange bread on the baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
