This dip is really good .....can be used with any smoked fish.....you can add as much KICK as you like

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 Drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients and chill overnight for flavors to blend
  2. Makes about 1/3 cup

Yum, I make a whipped cream sauce using the same flavorings and we use it prime rib and as a dip for smoked shrimp. Delicious.
