Ingredients
  • 1 small chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions
  1. Cut the chicken in half or quarters.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together. Reserve 1/4 cup of this sauce and rub remainder into the chicken. Let marinate 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Barbecue or grill the chicken, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
  4. (Bear note: I find that 11 minutes on each side is good for a 3-3 1/2 lb chicken, grilled or broiled)
