How to make it

  • Cut the chicken in half or quarters.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together. Reserve 1/4 cup of this sauce and rub remainder into the chicken. Let marinate 2 to 4 hours.
  • Barbecue or grill the chicken, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
  • (Bear note: I find that 11 minutes on each side is good for a 3-3 1/2 lb chicken, grilled or broiled)
