Shrimp and Cheddah Sandwishes

- 16 shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 2 cups shreddar sharp cheddar or Vermont white cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Frank's® hot sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing shopping list
- 2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- mayonnaise to taste shopping list
- 6 slices rye, marble or pumpernickel bread shopping list
- 4 slices tomato shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, whisk together Frank's Hot Sauce®, ranch dressing and mayonnaise. Set aside or stick in the frig.
- Cook bacon until crispy but not burned. Crumbled into 2 tablespoons worth.
- Prepare shrimp. Chop into 1/4-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together shrimp, bacon and cheese.
- Get your ranch mixture.
- Spread the ranch mixture on one side of 4 bread slices.
- On two pieces of bread, spread the mixture on both sides, as it will be the middle layer.
- Spread the shrimp mixture onto 2 slices of bread.
- Cover with the middle layer slice of bread.
- Place tomato on the top of the middle layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with top slice of bread.
- Grill in a toaster oven, oven, or stovetop in skillet until the bread is toasted.
- Makes 2 sandwishes :)
