Shrimp And Cheddah Sandwishes Recipe
Shrimp, cheddar, bacon, ranch and hot sauce???? You betcha!!! These are awesome.

Ingredients
  • 16 shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shreddar sharp cheddar or Vermont white cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Frank'sĀ® Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 6 slices rye, marble or pumpernickel bread
  • 4 slices tomato
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together Frank's Hot SauceĀ®, ranch dressing and mayonnaise. Set aside or stick in the frig.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy but not burned. Crumbled into 2 tablespoons worth.
  3. Prepare shrimp. Chop into 1/4-inch pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, bacon and cheese.
  5. Get your ranch mixture.
  6. Spread the ranch mixture on one side of 4 bread slices.
  7. On two pieces of bread, spread the mixture on both sides, as it will be the middle layer.
  8. Spread the shrimp mixture onto 2 slices of bread.
  9. Cover with the middle layer slice of bread.
  10. Place tomato on the top of the middle layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  11. Top with top slice of bread.
  12. Grill in a toaster oven, oven, or stovetop in skillet until the bread is toasted.
  13. Makes 2 sandwishes :)
