Super Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches

My little sister made these for our 4th of July party. They were great.
Ingredients
- 8 large cookies (any flavor, but I like chocolate Chip) shopping list
- 1 gallon of ice cream shopping list
- nuts, small candies, or chocolate chips shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- Choclate sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Pull the Ice cream out of the fridge before starting and let it soften
- Scope a large spoonful of ice cream and put it on a cookie
- sprinkle candies on top of the ice cream
- place second cookie on top
- put candies on a plate and roll sandwiches on their sides in the candy, until they are coated
- smother in whipped cream, chocolate sauce and candies
- freeze for at least 3 hours
