My little sister made these for our 4th of July party. They were great.

Ingredients
  • 8 large cookies (any flavor, but I like Chocolate Chip)
  • 1 gallon of Ice Cream
  • Nuts, small candies, or chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream
  • Choclate sauce

Directions
  1. Pull the Ice cream out of the fridge before starting and let it soften
  2. Scope a large spoonful of ice cream and put it on a cookie
  3. sprinkle candies on top of the ice cream
  4. place second cookie on top
  5. put candies on a plate and roll sandwiches on their sides in the candy, until they are coated
  6. smother in whipped cream, chocolate sauce and candies
  7. freeze for at least 3 hours
