How to make it

  • Mix cornflour, sugar and cooca in a saucepan.
  • Pour in the cold milk and mix well.
  • Bring to a rapid boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Pour into ramekins and chill before serving.
