A tropical sweet and tangy vodka-based sauce that can be used for a variety of things... great over poundcake for a simple dessert.

Ingredients
  • 8 kiwi, peeled and cut in half
  • ½ cup chopped honeydew melon
  • ½ cup superfine sugar
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 5 Tablespoons watermelon vodka

Directions
  1. Put the kiwi halves and melon pieces into the bowl of a food processor and process briefly.
  2. Add the confectioner's sugar, the lime juice and vodka and blend until no large chunks remain.
  3. Chill completely before serving.
