How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients except veggies and stir regularly over low heat in iron skillet until it thickens.
  • Stir fry veggies in a little olive oil until they are crisp cooked
  • Add the sauce to the veggies when they are just finished cooking and mix well to coat all the veggies
  • I usually add a bit more Braggs or Soy Sauce at this point
  • I serve over hot brown basmati rice

    Sounds good, I have a friend who has Breast Cancer, she now a vegan because of food restrictions.. I'm sending her all the Vegan recipes, hopefully she will be able to use them.. Thanks for the post!
