Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops (with no bones)
  • 1 c. of your favorite beer
  • 2 tbsp. of onion soup mix
  • 1 c. of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions
  1. First mix all the ingredients except pork chop and mushrooms.
  2. Then you can cook the pork chops in a pan with the mushrooms.
  3. When the mushrooms are done, put them and the pork in a oven dish.
  4. Then add the onion mix on top.
  5. Put a lid on the dish and put in oven at 375F for approx. hour.
  6. Serve.
  7. Note: I like to add some wild rice.
