Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (with no bones) shopping list
- 1 c. of your favorite beer shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 c. of sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
How to make it
- First mix all the ingredients except pork chop and mushrooms.
- Then you can cook the pork chops in a pan with the mushrooms.
- When the mushrooms are done, put them and the pork in a oven dish.
- Then add the onion mix on top.
- Put a lid on the dish and put in oven at 375F for approx. hour.
- Serve.
- Note: I like to add some wild rice.
