Deviled Eggs

- 6 hard boiled eggs [preferably large, brown, chicken eggs] shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonase shopping list
- 2 teaspoons mustard shopping list
- sprinking of salt and pepper [use to personal taste] shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced onion shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Boil 6 large brown chicken eggs in a medium to lage sized pot filled halfway up with water for 10 minutes.
- Peel eggs and cut lengthwise.
- Empty egg yolks into a bowl and compine with mayonase, mustard, onion, salt and pepper.
- Mix with fork until smooth. If not creamy enough for tastes add 1 tablespoon of mayonase until desired thickness.
- Spoon contents into egg halfs.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
