How to make it

  • Boil 6 large brown chicken eggs in a medium to lage sized pot filled halfway up with water for 10 minutes.
  • Peel eggs and cut lengthwise.
  • Empty egg yolks into a bowl and compine with mayonase, mustard, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Mix with fork until smooth. If not creamy enough for tastes add 1 tablespoon of mayonase until desired thickness.
  • Spoon contents into egg halfs.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
