Ingredients
  • One 10-12 ounce strip steak
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon roasted corn mixture
  • 2 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon
  • 4 oz. brown sauce

Directions
  1. Grill the steak to desired doneness and just before steak is finished, sprinkle with the cracked pepper.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a 10" sauté pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté briefly, taking care not to burn. Add the roasted corn mixture and sauté briefly. Remove pan from heat and add the Jim Beam whiskey. Add the brown sauce and simmer until well combined.
  3. Place the cooked steak on a plate and pour the sauce around.
