STRIP STEAK WITH JIM BEAM SAUCE

- One 10-12 ounce strip steak shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- SAUCE: shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon roasted corn mixture shopping list
- 2 oz. Jim Beam bourbon shopping list
- 4 oz. brown sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Grill the steak to desired doneness and just before steak is finished, sprinkle with the cracked pepper.
- Heat the sesame oil in a 10" sauté pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté briefly, taking care not to burn. Add the roasted corn mixture and sauté briefly. Remove pan from heat and add the Jim Beam whiskey. Add the brown sauce and simmer until well combined.
- Place the cooked steak on a plate and pour the sauce around.
