Grilled Pepper Turkey Burgers

These are so tasty and very healthy. Ground turkey with great sauces and herbs mae an awesome burger. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds ground turkey shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic Montreal chicken seasoning shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Blend well by hand the meat, garlic, peppers and onion in a mixing bowl.
- Form into seven patties.
- Coat grill with cooking spray.
- Grill burgers pouring sauces and seasonings over.
- Sprinkling seasonings on each side of burgers while grilling.
- Serve on French rolls or hamburger buns.
