Adding a dash of Indian flavour into an Italian dish.

Ingredients
  • 300g spaghetti, cooked.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 300g prawns, peeled, de-veined & leave tail intact.
  • 1 large onion, slice thinly.
  • 1 tbsp meat curry powder, mixed with 3 tbsp water.
  • 6 sprigs curry leaves.
  • 200ml light cream
  • 80ml water
  • Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Garnishing: chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute garlic, onion & curry leaves untill fragrant. Add in curry paste & stir fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add in light cream & water. Bring it to boil. Add in prawns & cook untill prawns are just done. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Turn off fire.
  3. Toss the cooked spaghetti with curry flavour sauce untill well coated.
  4. Garnish pasta with parsley & serve immediately.
