Ingredients
  • 8 bread slices
  • Butter
  • 2 breast pieces of chicken,boiled & chopped
  • 1 capsicum,sliced
  • 8 tbsp cheddar cheese,grated
  • salt n pepper
  • oregano

Directions
  1. Spread butter on bread slices.
  2. Equally divide chicken and capsicum over each bread slice.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano on each slice.
  4. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Grill until cheese melts.
  6. Serve immediately.
