Ingredients
- 8 bread slices
- Butter
- 2 breast pieces of chicken,boiled & chopped
- 1 capsicum,sliced
- 8 tbsp cheddar cheese,grated
- salt n pepper
- oregano
Directions
- Spread butter on bread slices.
- Equally divide chicken and capsicum over each bread slice.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano on each slice.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Grill until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
