This is an easy dish that can be a light beginner to any meal. The salad ingredients are easy to find and really add an usual flair to your salad.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce per serving shopping list
- 1 scallion chopped per serving shopping list
- 1 tbs. pine nuts per serving shopping list
- 5 cherry tomatos per serving shopping list
- 1/4 cucumber per serving shopping list
- 1 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in a bowl
- Toss
- Adjust dressing as necessary for a light coat, do not drown! The flavor is strong!
