Yummy Cinnamon Waffles

We found this recipe in our search for a waffle recipe using things we usually have in our pantry. Now it is a family favorite!

In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center of the flower mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk, vanilla and oil. Pour into well of flour mixture and stir just until ingredients are moistened.
In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold them into batter.
Cook the batter in a waffle iron.

Love waffles! I have a "favorite" cinnamon waffle recipe, but this looks good-will try it next Sunday. Thanks for the recipe.

These are the best waffles I have ever had. They are so fluffy and soft, my family loved them. This will be the only recipe I'll use from now on!
