A delicious, and simple honey white bread. This recipe assumes you have a bread machine.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 3/4 tsp Vitamin C powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual. Choose the “Basic Bread” cycle, and press start.
