How to make it

  • Cut uncooked pork chops into strips then brown slightly in shortening. Add water and vinegar and then cover and simmer until pork is cooked and tender. Combine brown sugar, corn starch, salt, pineapple juice and soy sauce then cook until slightly thick stirring constantly. Pour mixture over pork then simmer on low for five minutes. Add green pepper, onion and pineapple chunks then simmer another 3 minutes. Serve with hot fluffy rice or noodles.
