Carrot Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix sugar, eggs & oil. Sift together dry ingredients and mix with egg mixture. Add carrots and nuts. Pour into two prepared 9-inch layer cake pans. Bake at 300^F for 40-50 minutes.
  • Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
