This milkshake really does taste like cheesecake!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Low Fat Buttermilk
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Sugar (Depending on the sweetness of your ice cream)
- 1 TSP Lemon Zest
Directions
- Add buttermilk, sugar, and lemon zest to blender. Blend for 30 seconds to dissolve sugar.
- Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and a cherry if you want to make it pretty. :-)

Just a quick revision.. the ice cream should be light ice cream, or even fat free frozen yogurt. Sorry!

I definitely made this a little bit ago. I used fat free ice cream and threw in some frozen blueberries that I had in the freezer- it was SO awesome!!!
