How to make it

  • Wash and clean out whole chicken
  • Inject chicken with vinegarette beside each breast bone and legs.
  • Also inject under skin.
  • Place on smoker for 1.5 hours, remove wrap in foil place back on smoker for remaining 270 minutes.
  • Smokers temp. should run around 275 degrees

    OH WOW. I dig pomegranates the most, man. This sounds fantastic. My husband has been talking about getting a smoker for quite some time, and now I'm going to tell him to get hot so I can try this.
    Is there a particular smoker you recommend, or did you make your own?
