Smoked Pomegranate and Rasberry infused chicken

- 1 whole chicken ( will need an injector) shopping list
- 1 16 oz. bottle pomegranate rasberry vinegarette shopping list
- foil shopping list
- seasonings of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and clean out whole chicken
- Inject chicken with vinegarette beside each breast bone and legs.
- Also inject under skin.
- Place on smoker for 1.5 hours, remove wrap in foil place back on smoker for remaining 270 minutes.
- Smokers temp. should run around 275 degrees
