Curry Chop Recipe

She did not have a recipe so I just wrote down all the ingredients by looking. It's not hard to make. I just made it tonight for my family and everyone loved it!... Ingredients

Ground beef -1 to 2 lbs.

curry powder

flaked coconut

1 small can mandarin oranges

1 green pepper

peanuts

1 can of pineapple

sliced bananas

diced tomatoes

brown or white rice..I cook both.

Directions

Cook the ground beef in a frying pan.

Season with curry powder. I used about 1TBS.

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Put all the remaining ingredients in small serving bowls .

Everyone eating grab a plate and put on rice , curry beef and then pile all the other ingredients on top of that.
