My friend made this for me for lunch the other day. It was different but packed full of flavor. She did not have a recipe so I just wrote down all the ingredients by looking. It's not hard to make. I just made it tonight for my family and everyon... More

Ingredients
  • Ground beef -1 to 2 lbs.
  • curry powder
  • flaked coconut
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 1 green pepper
  • peanuts
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • sliced bananas
  • diced tomatoes
  • brown or white rice..I cook both.

Directions
  1. Cook the ground beef in a frying pan.
  2. Season with curry powder. I used about 1TBS.
  3. Cook the rice according to package directions.
  4. Put all the remaining ingredients in small serving bowls .
  5. Everyone eating grab a plate and put on rice , curry beef and then pile all the other ingredients on top of that.
  6. Enjoy!
