Ingredients
  • 12 oz. boneless chicken cut in to bite size pieces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2teaspoons cornstarch
  • CHICKEN MARINADE
  • 1tablespoon soysauce
  • 2teaspoons cornstarch
  • FRECH- FRUIT SAUCE
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger juice
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • dash of salt

Directions
  1. marinate chicken for 30 min.
  2. combine ingredients for fruit sauce and set aside.
  3. heat wok with oil and stir-fry chicken over high heat for 2 1-2 min.
  4. pour in fruit sauce mixture except conrstarch solution,
  5. reduce heat to simmer. cover and cook ror 2-3 min.
  6. add cornstarch solution to thickin
  7. (put over rice or pasta )
