How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix together wafer crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup powdered sugar and pecans.
  • Add bourbon and corn syrup.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • Roll each ball in remaining powdered sugar.
  • Store in an air-tight container.
