Bourbon ball recipes are all pretty similar. This one is super easy and very yummy!

Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup bourbon or brandy

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix together wafer crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup powdered sugar and pecans.
  2. Add bourbon and corn syrup.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in remaining powdered sugar.
  6. Store in an air-tight container.
