Feta Crisps Recipe

Ingredients

3 Tb butter, soft

3 Tb crumbled feta

10-12 thin slices of French bread

3 Tb Greek olives - green are good!

Directions

Mix buter and cheese in small bowl and set aside.

Toast one side on grill for 3-5 minutes.

Spread cheese mixture on toasted sides and sprinkle with olives.

Set on grill olive side up and toast of 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and the bottoms are toasted.

Can bake in 400 deg. oven for 8-10 if grill isn't available.
