Feta Crisps

I can't get enough feta - love it. I also very much love olives. This is a great easy crowd pleaser when grilling out and can also be made in the oven quick too!
Ingredients
- 3 Tb butter, soft shopping list
- 3 Tb crumbled feta shopping list
- 10-12 thin slices of French bread shopping list
- 3 Tb Greek olives - green are good! shopping list
How to make it
- Mix buter and cheese in small bowl and set aside.
- Toast one side on grill for 3-5 minutes.
- Spread cheese mixture on toasted sides and sprinkle with olives.
- Set on grill olive side up and toast of 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and the bottoms are toasted.
- Can bake in 400 deg. oven for 8-10 if grill isn't available.
