This recipe is much easier than it looks. Here's a tip: cook the ribs the day before, then grill them for quick mid-week dinner. The sauce is delicious and tastes better after its cooked but its a sauce, not to be used for dipping.

You know I made these barbecue ribs several days ago and it has been haunting me that I have yet to tell you how much we enjoyed them!!! Well, we enjoyed the immensely...and I did marinate them overnight. You know, I used Country Pork Ribs and baked them on a Monday night and was grilling them for dinner Tuesday. It sure made dinner easy for that night because all I had to do was include a baked potato and salad. Nice!!! and Yum thank you again for the great posting :D
