A very simple yummy smoothie... It is a must to have the raspberry sorbet or frozen yogurt.

Hrm -- believe it or not I've always added soy milk as my liquid for smoothies. The cranberry juice is a superb alternative. Thanks! :)

Sounds good!.. I just got done making my son a smoothie with blackberries/blueberries and orange juice. So little ingredients but soo so good. This one sounds like fun, he would really love the sorbet, as would I, I just love sorbet!
