Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put yeast, sugar, and heated soymilk in a large mixing bowl and let stand until foamy or into the bread machine, and wait for the foam
  • Add egg replacer, melted margarine, flour, and salt and mix and knead for 5-10 min, or start up that bread machine on the "dough" setting.
  • From there, treat as any dough and knead as required, or sit and wait for the machine to do it's machine magic ^_^
  • While waiting for it to be done rising/done in the machine, mix the filling ingredients
  • Roll dough out into a very long rectangle and then top with filling...I usually roll it reaaaalllly thin and use a bit more filling ingredients.
  • Roll up dough
  • Use flavorless, unwaxed floss, or a reaaally sharp knife to slice about 17-22 times (it seems to make the most perfect sized, best baked @ 23 rolls, if you rolled it out really thin)
  • Place on a greased pan, I love love love the silicon pans as you can butter it up, get caramellized bottoms without burning the bottom, so when you flip over the pan, it drizzles over those cinnabons.
  • Cover and Let rise for a while until double(20-30 min)
  • Bake in preheated oven 15 min---> 400 F
  • Remove from Oven
  • Mix together frosting ingredients.
  • Once mixed well, turn out the pans onto cake containers, and pour frosting over while the buns are still warm.
  • Enjoy!!! People will not believe you when you tell them these are vegan, so don't bother telling them...haha
