How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Lightly spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  • Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 400° for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat, place saucepan in warm water to keep chocolate soft.
  • Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
  • In a plastic bag, combine powdered suar and cinnamon.
  • Shake a few wedges at a time in the cinnamon-sugar.
  • Slowly dip the wide end of each wedge in chocolate.
  • Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
