Cinnamon Chocolate Cookie Crisps Recipe
These are fun, delicious and great for an achy sweet tooth that needs something to satisfy it.

Ingredients
  • 10-8 inch flour tortillas
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Lightly spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  4. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 400° for 3-5 minutes.
  6. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat, place saucepan in warm water to keep chocolate soft.
  8. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
  9. In a plastic bag, combine powdered suar and cinnamon.
  10. Shake a few wedges at a time in the cinnamon-sugar.
  11. Slowly dip the wide end of each wedge in chocolate.
  12. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
