Cinnamon Chocolate Cookie Crisps

- 10-8 inch flour tortillas shopping list
- butter-flavored cooking spray shopping list
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 tablespoon shortening shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Lightly spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 400° for 3-5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, place saucepan in warm water to keep chocolate soft.
- Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
- In a plastic bag, combine powdered suar and cinnamon.
- Shake a few wedges at a time in the cinnamon-sugar.
- Slowly dip the wide end of each wedge in chocolate.
- Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
