Salmon Chowder

- 1 can of salmon ( any that you prefer), drained shopping list
- 2 cups low-fat milk shopping list
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables ( or any veggies you prefer),thawed shopping list
- Handful of low-fat cheddar or any type of cheese you might like ( mozzarella is not recommended). It really is up to you on how much cheese you would like. shopping list
- 1 can (14oz) condensed cream of potato soup shopping list
How to make it
- Add the soup and milk to a meduim saucepan and bring to a light boil, stirring constantly. Add veggies and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add cheese and salmon and cook until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
- This recipe is really flexible to what you would like to add. The base is just the can of soup, milk and cheese... rest is up to you.
