Asparagus Shrimp Purchased from the Connor Estate in Dallas Texas

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/2 medium red onion finely chopped shopping list
- 2 pounds asparagus trimmed and cut into pieces shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 2 pounds medium shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in a large skillet over moderate heat and sauté onion for 10 minutes.
- Add asparagus and cream and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp, salt and pepper then stir briefly to combine.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese then place skillet under preheated broiler for 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
