Inherited Mint Blackberry Peach Salad From Aunt Barbara Recipe
Very tasty very refreshing salad. I have been making this one from several years. It came from my Aunt Barbara's collection that I obtained when I inherited the family collection in 1980.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1-1/2 pound fresh blackberries
  • 3 firm ripe peaches halved lengthwise and cut into wedges
  • 1-1/2 pounds seedless green grapes halved

Directions
  1. Grind mint and sugar in food processor until finely ground.
  2. Sprinkle mint sugar over fruit in large bowl and toss gently to combine.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
