Ingredients
- 5 lb mussels
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tomatos
- 3 green onions
- 1 TBS curry paste
- 1 1/2 tsp butter
Directions
- Melt butter in pot, add curry paste, tomatos,
- green onions and coconut milk,
- bring to a boil add mussels,cook for 6 min. or till they open.
- THIS IS GOOD WITH CRUSTY BREAD.
