    Me too.... (....except I didn't pick 5 lbs! I had to look up kirsch.)
    Kirsch, also known as Kirschwasser, is a fiery clear cherry brandy used in both savory and sweet cooking.

    I just found and picked about 5lbs of blackberries and would love to try this recipe. I am not sure what kirsch is? Where would I find it?
