Dad's favorite pie turned into a bar. Not for everyone's tastes as they are a bit different - but good!

Ingredients
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 3/4 c oatmeal
  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 3/4 c raisins
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/3 Tb cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 Tb butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Pat 1/2 of mixture in a 9x13 pan.
  3. Boil raisins in 1 cup water.
  4. Add other ingredients except 1 Tb butter and vanilla and boil until thick.
  5. Add 1 Tb butter and vanilla.
  6. Pour over pan mixture.
  7. Top with remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
