Senegalese Soup

- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 c rich chicken broth shopping list
- 1 1/2 c cream, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 c diced cooked chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Put the cornstarch and curry in a saucepan, then add the cold broth.
- Stir the poder into the broth while still cold, then heat the soup until just beginning to boil.
- Remove from the heat, and blend in the cream.
- Set aside to cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly.
- Stir in the diced chicken and serve chilled.
