How to make it

  • Put the cornstarch and curry in a saucepan, then add the cold broth.
  • Stir the poder into the broth while still cold, then heat the soup until just beginning to boil.
  • Remove from the heat, and blend in the cream.
  • Set aside to cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly.
  • Stir in the diced chicken and serve chilled.
