Country Ribs

- 2 1/2 pounds pork spareribs shopping list
- 2 (18 oz) bottles barbeque sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 onion, cut into quarters shopping list
How to make it
- Put ribs into a large stock pot along with the barbeque sauce, pepper, salt and onion. Add enough water to cover the mixture and allow it to come to a low boil. Cook for about 40 minutes.
- Preheat grill at a high heat.
- Oil the grate lightly. Take the ribs out of the pot and place on the grill. While cooking, baste ribs with the barbeque sauce from the saucepan. Continue to grill ribs, basting and turning often, for 20 minutes, or until they brown nicely.
