How to make it

  • In a blender mix the zucchini, oil, eggs,and vanilla
  • In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir to mix.
  • Pour into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans.
  • Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Remove to rack to cool.
  • Glaze when cooled.
