Very Berry Smoothie Recipe
This recipe is adapted from an Abs-diet recipe. For the best texture, blend the oatmeal before adding anything frozen.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 C. instant oatmeal (the non-flavored, in a tub kind), nuked in water
  • 3/4 C. 1% milk
  • 1/2 C. fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 C. frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla whey powder
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Blend cooked oatmeal, yogurt and milk in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
