How to make it

  • For the fish
  • combine the lemon juice, chili powder, oil, garlic and spices in a small bowl .
  • rub fish with spice mixture cover and refrigerate 30 minutes
  • prepare grill for grilling
  • grill fish over meduim high heat covered for 5 minutes or until fish is lightly browned on the bottom
  • turn and grill 3 to 5 additional minutes or until fish begins to flake easily with a fork
  • remove from grill and cover to keep warm
  • place tortillas on grill and heat until soft turning once
  • stack and cover to keep warm
  • top each tortilla with lettuce then fish and about 2 tablespoons of the salsa.
  • For the Salsa prepare while fish is in refrigerator as it is served at room tempature
  • combine all ingredients for salsa in small bowl let marinate while preparing fish serve at room temperature.
