A quick easy drink that can also be a breakfast on the run as you can freeze the bananas ahead of time until needed.
Ingredients
- Cook and prep time does not include time to freeze the bananas shopping list
- 2 bananas peeled shopping list
- 5 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons malted milk powder shopping list
How to make it
- Wrap bananas in plastic wrap and freeze
- remove bananas from freezer and break into pieces into blender
- add remaining ingredients
- blend until smooth
- serve and enjoy
