Barbecue Swiss Steak

- 1 and 1/2 pounds round steak cut into 6 servings shopping list
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes undrained shopping list
- 1 12 oz jar beef gravy or 1and 1/2 cups homemade beef gravy shopping list
- 1 cup frozen corn shopping list
- 1 medium onion cut into thin wedges shopping list
- 6 cups hot mashed potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 325 degrees
- In a ungreased 13 by 9 glass baking dish combine tomatoes, gravy, and barbecue sauce, blending well
- Add corn and onion mix well
- Place beef in mixture spooning the mixture over the beef
- Cover with foil
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- To serve place one cup of mashed potatoes in a shallow bowl and top with beef and veggie mixture.
