Mango Peach Salsa With Cilantro Recipe

Ingredients

1 small red pepper, peeled, seeded and diced

1 cup ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped

2 jalapeños, seeded and diced

2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

1 cup orange juice, freshly, squeezed

1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped

1 green onion , finely sliced

1/4 cup red onion, minced

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small, nonreactive bowl ( avoid using tin or aluminum). Allow mixture to sit 30 minutes before serving, to marry flavors.

Use salsa the same day it is made.
