Mango Peach Salsa With Cilantro

Enjoy this salsa with warm corn chips, grilled chicken, fish or pork, it's easy and fast.
Ingredients
- 1 small red pepper, peeled, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 cup ripe peaches, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup orange juice, freshly, squeezed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 green onion , finely sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a small, nonreactive bowl ( avoid using tin or aluminum). Allow mixture to sit 30 minutes before serving, to marry flavors.
- Use salsa the same day it is made.
