Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast ( cut thin) shopping list
- 1/2 soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 mirin( sweet rice wine) shopping list
- 3 tbsp sake shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger juice shopping list
- 1 glove garlic crashed shopping list
- sesame seed(optional) shopping list
- 2 tbsp corn starch (dissolve in 1/4 cold water) shopping list
How to make it
- sauce:
- Mix all ingredient together( except corn starch ) .
- Marinade chicken in sauce for about 45 min. (stir in half way).
- Get chicken out from sauce and cook on wok till ready. Mean time boil sauce and add corn starch (dissolve) put on low medium let it thick .
- Put all over chicken and summer for other 5- 10 min. serve over rice.
