Best burgers ever, lots of flavor, and spice. You can vary the type and amounts of peppers, garlic, etc to suit your taste.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper
  • 1 large onion(more or less to taste)
  • 4 tbsp ground garlic(more or less to taste)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • olive oil
  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 ancho chiles
  • 1 tbsp blairs death rain dry rub(http://extremefood.com/product.php?id=15)
  • sliced monterey jack cheese
  • hamburger buns

Directions
  1. Chop up the peppers and saute them in olive oil for a few minutes before adding the onions
  2. add the onions midway through and saute with peppers till they become translucent
  3. add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  4. take a handful of the mixture and shape into a patty, continue till you are done with the mixture, this got me 10 good sized burgers
  5. grill them on the barbecue, or on your george foreman grill to the desired, add a slice of montery jack if desired
  6. place cooked burger on a bun with condiments(I like mine with a bit of mayo)
  7. serve with a side of Habanero chips(http://extremefood.com/product.php?id=20) or french fries
